Terry Keating / Bonzoleum likes them (on Youtube) and if he likes them, that is a great endorsement right there. He uses one on many of his videos.
It is going to sound darker than the 505. Word is that it is a great jazz ride. "Smokey" comes to mind to describe the sound.
