Sorry, stuffed up my reply there. Supposed to reply to burgundy. I'm just back from an all day recording session and have had several amber beverages. That's my excuse anyway, and I'm sticking to it. :)
When I was working on my Leedy pedal I was having similar issues with nuts not coming undone. So I took my torch out, used a low setting and bam, those suckers moved with ease. I would try heating it up, that should do the trick.
Heat seems to be a very good option, which I'll try. Thanks!
