Hi Mike, Sounds distinctly plannish, but I don't have an air compressor or access to one, so there's a bit of a damper to that idea. Thanks for that anyway, definitely something to remember, and/or to acquire in the future!Trev

When I was working on my Leedy pedal I was having similar issues with nuts not coming undone. So I took my torch out, used a low setting and bam, those suckers moved with ease. I would try heating it up, that should do the trick.

Heat seems to be a very good option, which I'll try. Thanks!
