There's a Japanese island called Aoshima, inhabited by few dozens of old people and six times more cats. It looks kinda crazy. Some abandoned buildings, full of cats AND... (see attachment).

Drums & cats.....

Back when I got my 1st set (Premiers, with the slotted tuning rods) I had it in the garage. The garage door was open, the sun was streaming in & our cat decided that the blanket in my BD was the perfect place to take a nap.

I swear, really, I didn't know he was in there until I sat down & hit the pedal.

I'd never wondered before what a cat shot out of a cannon looked like, but I got a pretty good idea that day.

I was amazed at how far he flew :D

too funny.....i've seen this happen b4. i was just a kid and it was my uncle and grammas cat. i felt bad for the poor kitty...but still laughed my butt off. i pictured it happening as i read this story, lol. thanks for the laugh and the rememory. ;)

It is for real, if I can believe what I read in the news, but the photo is not mine, it's from the newspaper, where I read about it. And I live just as far from Japan as You do.
