I know Romano personally, and he really knows his way in, out and around Vistalites. In addition, RCI shells are some of the best seamed acrylic shells made, and the repro colors and patterns are authentic. I would highly recommend his services.
Though Romano has been the subject of Vista drum forgery, it is not he but rather a client who purchases his shells that perpetrates this act. You can't believe everything you read or hear.

This begs the questions:
1. Is he still selling shells to the scammer?
2. If so, isn't he then guilty of knowingly supplying the scammer?
