Hi Donald - you have to go to the post office that you shipped it from and explain what happened.

Print out the pictures I emailed and bring with you. I can email more pics if you need them.

The manager @ my local post office said the hi hats could be in a "dead letter" box somewhere at one of their sorting facilities. They will stay there until someone claims them.

Maybe they will still be OK and not damaged.

Please let me know what they say.

Hope this works out for all. A cheap piece of split foam pipe insulation around the circumference of those hats would've made all the difference.

Good idea, Mick! But it -should have- been wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with good cushioning in a cardboard box. That Postal bag they were shipped in was useless and grossly inadequate. They're cymbals... good ones, they should have been very carefully wrapped and protected.

Dionne - Hope this works out for you. I'd be p-i-s-s-ed and demand a refund too. You're not being unreasonable at all. I was actually shocked to see the 'bag' the cymbals were shipped in and they weren't even mine! electricit

Dionne you're not being unreasonable , he sent you the plates in a manner that show's no regard for his actions , you were polite with asking him to go to the post office where he! shipped them from and to inquire about the mess he replied to you with it would be too much trouble to do that lol and to be paitent with him he will reimburse you your money when he can .

That not good biz he can pay you now he does have your moula.

I hope that it all all works out for you. Getting burnt on 10$ or 10,000 it's all the same to me and it's never a good feeling , sometimes it's better to pay a bit more and deal with PRO'S! that give a $#1t MY! :2Cents:
