Even though it was advertised as a 'Tony Williams kit' Nitron Yellow was never a popular color. I don't think they sold a whole bunch of those kits. The brash taxi-cab yellow color probably has a lot to do with the lack of popularity... and why you don't see a lot of posts about them. It's like Butcher Block, you either love it, or you hate it. The fan base for bright yellow drum kits is limited.

Too many great drums to list here!

I don't believe many drummers generally go for the 3 floor tom thing, so hardly anyone will be looking for the Williams set. Colourwise as Purdie said the Yellow is also a bit niche.

The Bonham/Bonzo thing kind of annoys me but it tends to be any kit with a 26" 14" 16" 18". Followed closely by being an Orange Vistalite. Obviously Buddy Rich played a similarish thing but it seems it has to be WMP as long as at least the BD is 24". And Ringo Kit's must be always be Ludwigs in BDP.

For me plenty of other Big Band players inc Gene Krupa played WMP kits. And plenty of other Rock drummers in the late 60's and 70's played those big 26" drum kits. But thats the way it is. One thing I know, I won't be having a drum set-up named after me. :(

Tony's most influential period of playing happened on a four-piece Gretsch bop kit. There are tons of guys looking for those!

I have a simpler and more honest answer, because most of the members here are probably white middle aged men who relate more to Bonham, Ringo and Rich.

I love yellow nitron, I've owned a couple of them, Also I own a Slingerland 6 piece version of Yellow nitron. Slingerlands version is called yellow gloss.
