it was pretty easy: ring from broken head, two old t-shirts (1 tie-dye n 1 snoopy) first i strechted the tie-dye around the ring and glued it in place with fabric glue then i cut the snoopy Joe Cool from the other shirt and glued it on the tie-dye shirt then mounted on drum and tightened down. it is very surprising how much better the sound is now, it actually works as a reso head, my bass drums sounds more like a bass drum now.
