Sorry for the small picture - does the strainer/throw match the vintage of this drum? Is it a marching snare?, or is the throw just wrong on a drum with a B&O badge? Any value remaining if I can pick it up for $100?

That's a bone stock drum. Model 1170L. That is a good deal for that. Selling prices range widely depending on if you have the harness for the marching snare. So you could either barely (if that) break even or you could double your money.
