problems with posting pictures

hi. i just joined yesterday, and i am having problems with pictures . the picture is over the size limit. is there a way to make the picture take less memory??

Under the "Image" menu in MS Paint, choose "Stretch/Skew." Reduce the "100%" percentiles for both the Horizontal and Vertical under the "Stretch" options by equal amounts. For instance, change both the Horizontal and Vertical to 50% and your image size is reduced significantly.
