Jon,
Great job. That kit looks great i am a huge Premier fan as they just had such a great design asthetic and came up with unique products. What did you use, or how did you go about replacing those tiny grommets?
Very proud owner of a new Blaemire Snare 6.5 x 14 made by Jerry Jenkins "Drumjinx"
Turquoise glass is my favorite! Nice job!

This time, I bought new grommets the same place I bought the Delmar - ST-drums in Germany. They have several to choose between - choose one that is only slightly longer than the shells are thick.
Then I produced my own little tool -

The washer has since been changed to a larger and thicker, so creating a more even pressure to the outside of the grommet.
It is then inserted and tightened, thereby forcing the grommet to - do you call it "to grommet"? - open up on the inside.
