hi all. I have an early 60s premier kit, whilst restoring and researching I noticed that there seems to be a lot of variation on where the tom mounts are on the bass drum. does anyone know why this is? this maybe a silly question as I know people modified kits, but I was wondering if there was an option when you ordered as to where you had your bass drum hardware?
