PRE SERIAL LUDWIG 14"x14 floor tom! INCREDIBLE TONE!! $500 shipped!

Loading...

hey everyone,

i have a very rare 14"x14" pre serial Ludwig floor tom for sale!

the tone and overall sound is insane!

i know its impossible to try and sell the 'sound' of a drum, but im tellin you...

its incredible! i love it very much but its a close 2nd to my gretsch Round badge 14"x14" and im not a ludwig guy so im sure someone can sing its praises the way i do my gretsch.

its alittle shabby looking as the top of the badge is missing and the outer ply has a split, but it functions 100% and sounds 5000%.

quick sale @ $500 shipped in the US!

serious only please

First come, first serve! i cannot hold the drum... im sorry.

let me know if you are interested,

thanks!

Are there extra holes from the Japanese FT brackets?

This drum is missing the wrap? Is that what we are seeing in the first pic?

Looks like it was a covered drum, then someone took the finish off....hence the jagged vertical seam.....

curtis your totally correct also what amateur would of used a razor knife to cut the wrap off and then cut into the shell like that the horizontal cut all the way around the shell??? and this price is ridiculous

Could it be 2 shells glued together?

I have seen quite a few drums that look that way....

Blair you can see where the knife cut and it's uneven, Rookie mistake! I had a keystone bass drum it was a 18x20'' custom built by Ludwig thermogloss, and the two 14'' depth shells butted seam's where perfect nothing as this thing here is.
