Definitely a budget level style of strainer. I've got like 5 of those from made in taiwan snares.No idea on whether or not that means anything about the snare though.
I have to agree with Zeta about the strainer. Taiwan built. It may be a Mighty Mite strainer which was made in Taiwan. The company also makes/made lugs. I'm not sure if it is even in existence anymore. You might try to google Mighty Mite lugs or strainers.
