Picollo Snare Drum?

Gentlemen:

There's a picollo snare drum on ebay, item 251226817705 that looks very interesting. The seller doesn't know the make and neither do I. Please, if anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. I am very curious about this drum's heritage. Thank you very much in advance.

Hey Brian, The drum is a late 1990's-to now drum M.I.T. the make could be Sunlite its a brass shell but its poorly made shell the strainer arm is bent..I would not waste the money on the drum.They sell for about 75.00 or so new today...Mikey
