Picked up a original Ludwig pedal today...

Scored a huge lot of drum parts/cymbals/gongs and hardware today.

A few SpeedKings and 1 original Ludwig pedal that looks complete, but it's plating has come off.

Wondering if anyone knows ball park worth on a original Ludwig pedal?

It looks rusty but might be restorable.

Thanks!

They come up on ebay quite often. I think I paid about $30 for mine. Cleaned it up for a nice display piece of history. Does yours have the cymbal "clanger"? Those are harder to find in original condition.

I have my speed king on display in my drum gear room because it was in bad shape, needed to be restored and i didn't have the patience to do so.

I have seen an original Ludwig and Ludwig pedal go for around $120, but don't know for sure if it sold for that much.. You have a nice piece of Ludwig history, and i personally would NOT sell it..

24 and 22 gongs, I think I'm keeping the wind gong, the 24 traditional gong is for sale locally.

Yeah, human, I wouldn't sell this thing for a measly $30, LOL.

For 30 bucks, it will sit on my curio cabinet!

The cymbal clanger is there, everything is there but there is a phillips head screw holding something where a wing bolt would have been. I can probably find a like wing bolt in this guys huge assrtment of parts I know have :)

I have a L&L similar pedal. This one is probably slightly newer than yours.

It came with this advertisement. The pedal in the picture really doesn't look like my pedal. Actually I think the pedal in the advert looks like a grasshopper.
