Has anyone here heard his recordings, the Pete Best Combo, Pete Best Four etc. Anyways, there are close up pics of him playing an oyster set, but the photos are black and white so I don't know if they are blue or black but they are pre serial or early serial number Ludwigs. I would post the photos but not sure how to do it here.

they are blue not black that is what pete played had the good fortune to talk at length with him several years ago!
