This is the second largest and longest running vintage drum show in the U.S...DON'T MISS IT !!"

Well there you have it, it's getting closer to that time of year again. Usually the night before there is a jam with a bunch of drummers but I'm not sure if that is happening again this year. I know this isn't a huge show, but 30+ vendors is still pretty good. I do my part online to help promote this show for Jack Lawton (unofficially) and I figured this is a good place to do it as well as other forums. Also, hopefully Bill Ludwig makes it this time, as he wasn't able to the last show.

I'll be there like always (When you're a stones throw away its hard to miss it) and taking pictures, I've got some from last year from a throw away, but this year I have a digital camera so the quality will be nicer this time around and will be uploading online, maybe here if anyone is interested.

John, since you are in NYC, it would be about 150 miles I'm estimating. Map quest or something similar should tell you exactly and give you directions. That should be around the 4 hour range at most, but you would end up on I-80 for most of the trip so you could make it in 3 1/2 I bet.

You could leave at 6 or 7 am and catch all or most of the drum show on Saturday.

Don't worry I won't miss you this year, I took a picture of most of the vendors last year but I think I missed you. Were you over in the right corner of the entrance near those white premier drums?

Can't miss me either, I'll probably be wearing my Louie Bellson polo.
