Wow...you used to be such a handsome lad, too.....Violin:pJoking aside....these don't garner much attention on the market these days. My ex-GF once went dumpster-diving at a church around the corner from her house and hauled a kit of these across the bridge to me (yeah...she was a pretty good girlfriend in a lotta ways).Had 'em sitting around for several years....then I ended up rehabbing 'em, re-wrapping and sold them very, very cheap to my niece; who gave them to her boyfriend for a birthday present a few years ago (hey...I guess that makes her a good girlfriend too?). Pic below. What I can say for 'em is...the fiberglass coating on the interior of the shell makes 'em hella loud...really punches the volume. The shells were just typical 6-ply Luan but with that coating of fiberglass to boot...the edges nothing special...either just a roundover or a double-45 with a rounded peak as opposed to a sharp peak. I recut the edges on the kit I renovated and actually it made 'em sound pretty decent...much crisper than the factory edges.I mean, seriously...you could likely pick up a 4-pc. kit (3 toms and bass drum) for around $300-400 if you can find one.

Great lookin wrap man. Those drums were plenty loud! Back in the 70s and early 80s I played hard rock, no mics on the drums, with no problem.

Just realized I should have started this in the Non-USA forum...oops!
