Pearl Export year of manufacture

Hi there. I'm new to this forum. I'm hoping someone can help me out. In what year(s) did Pearl Exports come out with the full length high tension lugs??

Sorry thought the catalogs would be helpful...but there seems to be a lack of good info on this.

I can tell you I had a set from 1994 (my first kit) that had them. I think that lasted until the late 90's.
