Paypal question

Somewhere here on forum is probaly answer to my question,but I must ask

Paypal is from recently available in Serbia.To send,and from very recently to receive money

I have a question about some feautures

Some guys from all over the world complainig about paypal holding their money for 2 or 3 weeks?Also about paypal fees-For example from some country to Serbia it says 3,9%.

When you make your price with transport costs,who pays that fee?Is this agoriment with buyer-sender of money who will pay it,or have some kind

of automatism.Do you usualy include it in your final price'

You should build the paypal transaction fee in your final asking price or tell them up front it is "the Price" plus pay/pal transfer fee. here in the U.S. i believe it is 2.75%

I agree...It`s best to build that into your price if you are selling...If you`re buying, then it costs you nothing...

Dule if you ever need to send money to people you know use "SEND MONEY TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS" which is free to send as long as you have that amount in your PayPal account. Paypal is instant if you have the balance in your account, it can take up to 15 days if you do not have the funds in PayPal as it will then take it from your linked account in the form of an e-cheque.

If you are listing stuff on eBay keep in mind that there are eBay seller fees as well as Paypal when selling. I operate a store on eBay and my own website also, PayPal for me has been an excellent and safe tool to operate my business with... cheers.

It will also be instant as long as you have the account linked to a debit card or a credit card. I never keep any funds in my paypal account. I have it tied to my bank account via debit card. All my payments are made to sellers instantly.

Which country are you in mlayton?.. any item I sell which is done in form of an e-cheque I receive notification instantly that a cheque is processing however the funds aren't received instantly. I have had cases where e-cheques have failed due to the lack of funds in the customers linked account therefore only process the order once payment has cleared.

I'm in the US. When I first setup my paypal account, I had it linked to my bank account but not with my debit card(which is linked to the same account). When I went to pay someone, it showed up as an e check like you mentioned. Once I linked the debit card, everything is immediate payment.

Ah ok, I have only ever a credit card and bank acc link as I never had a debit card back then when I originally set the account up... thanks Mike I didn't realize that... cheers.
