Oversized Rack Toms Last viewed: 7 hours ago

Any of you gentlemen (and/or ladies) use 10x14 and 12x15 rack toms with a 24 inch bass drum? If so, do you have your toms mounted on the BD itself or on a separate stand?

On one of my kits I have a 13 x 14 tom center mounted over a 24" kick. On another I have a 11 x 12 tom center mounter over a 26" kick. Makes the toms the same height....

For the last 2 weekendsI have played a 12 x 13 mounted on/in between 2 26's....

Having trouble reaching them?

No, the 24" BD I've got doesn't have a mount on it so I've never played them from that position. I was just wondering if it would be possible to do so with the depth of the toms.
