1 owner white Pearl matching complete set in great condition from approx. the late 70s - early 80s. Hardware included: bass pedal, throne, 2 cymbal stands, hit hat stand, snare stand and double tom holder. Inside shells are factory painted gray. Sizes are 8 X 12 and 9 X 13 toms, 14 X 16 floor tom, 16 X 22 bass and 5 X 14 steel Jupiter style snare. Hardly any pitting and NO rust on any part since set was stored in cases indoors for the last 20+ years. Asking $375.

The operative word is "big". There is a market for older Asian imports. It's nowhere near as developed as the vintage U.S. drum market. There are some excellent drums in those MIJ's. I couldn't believe a Yamaha late 60's went unsold at 99 bucks on ebay recently. It was a very cool finish. Kind of like a red strata twisted on it's side. If I was looking, I could have stole it. It's worth way more than that. That's a clue to the numbers of individuals ACTIVELY searching out vintage MIJ's. There were low hit numbers on that page.
Be patient. Those are nice drums. Someone will speak out.
