Old Simmons?

Maybe this is taboo, but I acquired a Simmons SDS9 kit. Are these sets worth anything? Does anyone collect them?

I collected them for a while, much easier to store but very finicky since they're electronic.

I have a thing for that old Simmons stuff. I bought an sds 1000 set brand new in 1988 and I still have them. I probably should not have gone with white as they have yellowed out over the years. Here's what I have total:

SDS-1000 white, five tom pads , bass drum pad, SDS 1000 Brain Black rack.

SDS-1000 set blue, four pads, bass drum pad, pieces of black rack all given to me by a friend.

3 SDS-8 tom pads that are a little beat up with an SDS-8 brain.

I need to set a set up sometime....
