That is indeed a Slingerland pedal. it is model#724,, Speed pedal from 1928 till 1949

Thanks for the lead, John! Just got off the phone with the guy, I bought it! I'm going to send this one to Bill to refurbish for me. He does miracles restoring these old pedals.
