Old Ludwig Snare ?

HI everyone , I am new to this Forum. I am here becuase a friend that was moving gave me an old Ludwig Snare. I have been looking online to find what kind it is but I have nbot been able to ID the Snare. I was wondering if someone here knew what it is?? Here is a Photo
