Agree, no floor tom is a big sticking point nowadays. One doesn't see many with a single mounted Tom, a single floor tom maybe, but mounted?
Yep, I found a Trixon kit without a floor tom (for a good price), but just couldn't handle it. It was a strange notion then, and it's a strange notion now. Plus, it looks weird — like half a kit.
I stand by my statement that not having one lessens its value.
It may be worth more by simple addition... it's an extra. But that's not the point. A kit w/o a floor tom is a catalogued, collectible kit no matter how you slice it.
snare is 14 X 5
Tom is 12 X 8
BD is 24 X 15
Is anyone else thinking copper mist? :) It looks pretty clean too.

Notice the snare rims. Tension rods go through a "claw-like" piece which grabs the rim. Perhaps this dates the kit??
Cool color, but no copper mist. Maybe a good repaint, the dings have paint in them, and I've never seen hoops with hoop mounted accessories without any marring in the finish. Collectible doesn't mean valuable...just ask my wife about her beanie babies.
the snare drum if it has 8 lugs it is the renown separate tension model if it has 6 lugs it is the Dixieland separate tension model.
Thanks, but there are way more knowledgeable members on this forum than me. I just like to try and identify drum models and dates.
