I'm hoping to track down a bass drum head for a Premier Deluxe bass drum. It appears to be just short of 26".
Actually 25.5" Are these still gettable.
Will I have to look at maybe getting a Calfskin?

Have you measured the diameter from several different points? I ask only because the drum may be out of round, or oval. If it is actually 25.5 at all diameter points, a custom calfskin may be your best option. I could recommend a good custom headmaker on this side of the pond if you can't find one locally.

I checked it out. It's 25.5" the whole way round. Looks like I'll be going Calfskin as you suggested.
I guess thats in keeping with the age of the drum, which is kinda nice anyway.
I'll take you up on that offer if I can't find someone over this way.
