Until you find the correct part you can just use a length of "Bic pen tube" from any plastic ball point pen. Or that clear air hose from fish tank filters and the likes. I use them on cymbal stands too in a pinch. Not my idea just passing it along. Works pretty well. The Bic pen body fit on my Slingerland hi hat fine.
