You definitely found an Oldy ! Thanks for the photo. It's difficult to guess the size of this drum, it looks somewhat small. The marching signal drums were quite large, 20X16, & variations on these dimensions.

tdennis, This must be what you're talking about. It was in another of the display cases. Plenty of valuable old firearms in there too. A fascinating place.
