Not sure on the value as there are many factors involved (condition, location, etc.) but those are highly thought of snare drums with one ply shells. If the price is reasonable that is definitely worth snagging. Noble and Cooley have been drum makers since before the civil war (1854). For a good portion of that century and a half history they only made toy drums but at some point in the 1980's (if I remember right) they started making "real" drums again that are of very high quality. If that were local to me and at a good price I'd be all about grabbing it.

@K.O. it is local, 180 eur. I think the seller would down the price a bit, maybe 150 eur

That would be a steal. It looks like an older era 4.5" x 14 single-ply in black lacquer.
