On the listing is a rogers cow bell holder with cow bell. Is this an original Rogers bell? (The holder is of course). Would you ship it to Germany?

cool man, thanks for trying to smear me on here.

for the record, drumguy is an incessant BALL BUSTER. i received 3 back to back emails asking for lots of extra photos, descriptions, etc on the piece. the piece was a black wrap b.o badge 80's bass drum shell. i complied with his requests as best as i could, then received 2 more back to back emails asking if i would ship to canada which i usually would not but made the exception for him. 3 more back to back emails about this and that, questions about the drum shell and wrap, etc etc. anyway, i replied to everything he asked, allowed him to bid, charged him the most affordable shipping rate i could find, and he won the shell for a measly 25 bucks! after he won, i received back to back emails asking when it was going to ship, and it shipped the next day. after 5 days or so, i received afew more emails stating he was not happy with the drum and it was not as described (which it 100% was), and allowed the return on the item to satisfy him and refunded 100% of his payment immediately. he then wanted me to refund him the cost of shipping the drum back to me, which i stated would be expensive and he could easily sell the shell on craigslist by him to turn a profit, but he declined to do so. at that point i had to remind him that EBAYS POLICY is for the BUYER to cover all returns shipping costs. that wasnt good enough for him, so he demanded i repay him half of the shipping cost, or he Threatened to leave me negative feedback for not doing so! so at that point, what could i do? i had agreed to do so in an attempt to keep him happy, all this AFTER i dealt with non stop back to back emails with questions and picture requests for the shell, going against my domestic US shipping policy (full well knowing with the kind of questions i was being asked he would most likely not be happy and would most likely want a return or partial refund), and eventually accepting a return on a perfectly fine shell that had no issues at all. so, at this point, he is sending the drum back to me. now, i live in NY state and the shipping address i use is my parents house in NJ, so he ships it back to me, is tracking it the entire way and sending me messages to let me know when its going to get there. then comes the day the drum was returned. i was not on ebay or near my computer that day due to family obligations. keep in mind this is the first day the drum is back, 80 miles away from me so i have yet to even see the thing. the next day i sign onto ebay, 3 more messages from him, telling me 'i thought u were a stand up guy', slandering me, etc. stating that i was going to screw him over or something, and ended up leaving me a feedback with negative remarks about how i never refunded him!! i messaged him to say 'listen man, i was not around the computer yesterday! you jumped the gun and slandered me because u are completely impatient about anything!', hence the 35 or so emails i received during this transaction. from there he replied 'well what am i supposed to do? i dont trust anyone'. so this all came about because i did not get back to him the day (or even hour!) the drum was returned to me! completely ridiculous. so yes, after slandering me, jumping the gun, requesting against ebays policy and trying to BLACKMAIL me feedback-wise, i will NOT be returning your 30 dollar shipping fee. sorry, but YOU did this to yourself bud. i really hope anyone with an ebay steers away from dealing with ebayer drumguy1988 as it will most likely be a complete ball busting waste of time!!!

the bell itself does not have any 'Rogers' Markings on it so i am not 100% sure it is an original rogers cowbell, although the mount has the rogers logo on it!
