So who made that Regency? I've never seen those lugs or strainer on any of the MIJ stencil kits I've come across. Mike

The Regency drum is a M.I.J. drum made in about 1963-4.The Regency name was one that Pearl used.I have not seen that badge but i have seen the lug's on set's.I even have some of these snare drum lug's in my parts.

The snare was a copy like of a Slingerland radio king with clip's on the rims the strainer was like a copy of the Roger's Classman one if i recall tthe need right.

The Slingerland snare the guy's are right on the price 99.99 +shipping on Ebay.

The Regency snare with the missing strainer part's-{ iwish i had them}-i would start the bid at 19.99 +shipping..

Yes that badge was 55 to 59, in 60 the script went to the cursive. The other pic made it look black and goldish.

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!

+1.That badge was used between 55-59,right before the black and gold badge.Marching drums like that are very common and go for aroung 100-150 tops in pristine condition.Beverly drums were actually made in England and are of decent quality up there with Ajax and student level Premier.Neither is particularly desireable or collectable but make great players.Steve B

Why the hell did I say Beverly?Sorry about that,my mistake, and thanks Mikey for getting it right.:o
