Just an update!

I found the large lugs i needed for my bass drum + extras.Yes Sir

I'd like to thanks the feebay's seller, very nice guy.

now still need 17 small lugs for the toms but if you have more than that, i'll probably buy them all. mounting hole 1-7/16" center to center.
