Need a hoop for the bottom of my WFL floor tom. 16" w/o holes (just like the top one). The pic shows the floor tom to the right of the snare w/o the hoop.

Drum Factory Direct sells new single flanged hoops and clips. Several places to order new ones online but that's who I recommend, if you don't mind a new hoop.
