My guess is Leedy from the 1920's.

Ludwig & Ludwig Rose Pearl. Rose Pearl was used by L&L, Leedy, & Slingerland (1920-30's), & looks like a red diamond pearl, (not swirly but like cracked ice). Perhaps a photo from a different angle & more close up would show the finish a bit better. (Please get this, & save it from wasting it's life as a table. It will just wind up in a corner holding a Clarinet lamp, next to an Istanbul K clock !)

Kelly go buy it but not to much money, the hoop inlay is missing,Kelly the washers for the tension rods should be logo ed for you to see who made the drum. you could possible match this from drumfactory custom wraps, also I'm looking at a rose marine pearl Radio king 28" bass drum now myself to buy.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

I'd be surprised if this wasn't Ludwig & Ludwig, from the style of the timpani handles. (the inside of the drum should reveal the maker, even if the tension hoops & hardware have been changed out.). Occasionally a "shadow" of the missing badge will also tell a tale.
