Moved! Getting the studio set up

Just moved from Milwaukee down to Nashville last week, and have been busy getting the new house in order. Finally got to our band's home studio/rehearsal room. Picked up one of those snare racks from GC to get my snares out in the open, and really happy with it.

Top rack from left to right is:

-Vic Firth student 14x4

-Pearl 70's 14x5

-Ludwig 60's pre-serial COB 14x5

-Mapex Black Panther "Black Widow" maple 14x5

-Mapex Meridian Maple with Gibraltar maple hoops added 14x5.5

Bottom rack from left to right is:

-Ludwig 1920's(?) Universal 14x4 model

(I can't seem to find a proper catalog picture showing the rim stamp on the next section to the left of the strainer. All show it directly to the left of the strainer in the same lug section.)

-Ludwig 1918~ 14x4 Dance model

-Ludwig 1924~ 14x5 10-lug Walnut (or Mahogany?) model

-Ludwig 1941~ 14x6.5 Universal Concert Mahogany model

I also have 2 marching snares not pictured. One is a 13" Yamaha SFZ and the other is a Mapex 14" Quantum series.

The kit I have set up is a Mapex Meridian Maple (10/12/14/20), and I have it set up with my custom Oliver snare (14x7 Walnut with Maple inlay and die-cast hoops). All but 2 cymbals I own are Sabian (mix of AAX, HH, and Artisan). The remaining 2 are 17" older Zildjians (one slightly lighter with rivets). I don't know enough about old Zildjians to date them or know if they are worth anything, but they sound great with the rest of the kit. I also have a Mapex Black Panther Retrosonic drum set (12/16/22 Walnut) that hasn't made the move down yet. That will probably be what gets set up once it's here since it sounds killer recorded.

Thanks! Here's a picture of the kit when I first got it at my old place. Basically matches the natural finish of my custom Walnut snare. Retrosonic is a fitting name for the kit. Love the look.
