Mounting Screws Last viewed: 23 hours ago

I recently purchased a box of miscellaneous vintage drum hardware and included in the lot was a bag of 120 or so mounting screws. Based on the research I've done, I believe the screws to be Slingerlands. However, I'm wondering if there's any way to tell whether they were manufactured in the '60s, '70s or '80s? Did the company actually use different screw configurations during the different decades or were they the same? Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and your help!

Slingerland used many different fasteners over the decades. According to DrCJ Wenk Slingerland used slotted hex head (similar to yours) from '63 to the early 70's. Yours look right but it is hard to say if they are 60's- 70's Slingerland or a modern fastener. Is the washer captive? Please post diameter of washer also. What is the thread length from the washer to tip? What is the screw size and thread pitch? Member idrum4fun will be able to positively identify these.
