Lug srew came loose

Hey everyone,

Today one of the screws from a lug from my snare drum came loose.

Does someone know how that could have happened? What might be the problem?

The only thing that I did 2 months ago, was that I took off the lugs of my snare drum, to remove the rubber gaskets under the lugs.

My snare drum is a new ludwig supra. So quality won't be the problem I think.

The only thing that I can think of, is that I didn't tension that screw good enough. When putting the lugs on again.

I get a kick out of how sometimes people ask and answer, their own questions all in one post! DOH
