Nice snag john

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Nice snag john

I 'had to have it' for two reasons, deep-dish Jazzfest, and nostalgia. I learned on a piano black lacquer Ludwig kit with pre-serial keystone badges back in 1963. This drum is from the same era in the same finish. It has the added plus of being a deep 8 lug Jazzfest and I can't wait to polish it up, set it up and lay into it. I'm really looking forward to it. Drum arrives Tuesday! I ordered new heads two days ago, (REMO coated Ambassador batter, Evans Hazy 300 snare side,) so everything should hit the door at about the same time. :D
