Wife is ticked so I'm selling some kits.

$450 shipped for VDF'rs or if anyone knows about how much it costs

to ship a 5 piece, it could be less than a total of 450.

Only looking for 300 but shipping is a hindrance.

Information below in the link:

Selling very low as they need new heads and there are some minor wrap dings but the shells and edges are great on the main drums, the snare bottom edge has 1 little spot where it looks uneven.

Double tom mount can only attach one tom, missing the special knurl/bolt that fits into the mount but the L arm is there.

Wrap is nice and tight too.

I thought all USA Rockers were made in Monroe? This is a very underappreciated model though. Very loud. Good quality. Boring lugs though :)

Oh man, good point! When did Ludwig move to Monroe?

I think my set is a Rocker II from early '84 or '85 and the move to NC was '88?

Now with even more matching components!

Found a Ludwig eyebolt to set up both rack toms and put new Evans coated heads on the toms.

Still 300 + actual shipping

This is an INSANE great deal! Standard depths - makes the 'Rocker' part pretty much meaningless - a great sounding kit. We had this same kit in high school jazz band - but with the deep power toms.....(not a good choice)....and I can attest that this kit sounds great - especially since he slapped good heads on them and that they are the standard size toms.

Steal of the week here.....

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

Eh, probably the ugly lugs and black wrap are dooming this kit :D

I can't believe how awesome the snare sounds actually after putting a decent Ambassador on it yesterday.

I almost want to keep this set as it's standard depths.

Thanks for the bump John :)
