I don't recall the exact length of time Vinny. But they were on there for a bit. I was shocked they didn't sell instantly. I had them on my watchlist.

Pretty beat up and pretty faded, but the 14" floor toms are rare birds.

I love that finish. I remember wanting a set when I was a kid.

To me, condition is everything. True, there was a 14x14 floor tom, but the condition of the wrap (no purple) and hardware doesn't warrant $1000+ for this kit. Obviously the kit sold, so the buyer felt otherwise! Just my :2Cents:

Vinny, there's a 16x16 floor tom from 68 with the same Mod Orange, but it's got the Keystone badge instead of the blue/olive badge. Drum looks kinda rough and the price seems pretty steep IMO.

Item number: 201276546278

IN SEARCH OF:
  • 1964-1966 Rogers 9x13 rack tom in silver sparkle. Beavertail lugs, flat grey Cleveland tag interior
  • 1964-1966 Rogers 22 OR 24x14 bass drum in silver sparkle. Beavertail lugs, flat grey Cleveland tag interior
  • 1959 Rogers Holiday 5x14 snare drum in blue sparkle. Serial number #13382. Large double sided bread and butter lugs. Part of my kit that was split up before I purchased it. Bring the snare home!

I have a beautiful mod orange 14x14 from 1968 that I scored on CL from a few years ago. It sat on CL for about three days when I first saw it. I could'nt believe that nobody jumped on it. It matches my 1969 22,13,16 ok though the 1969's have more fade.

My dream would be to find a nice 20 and a 12. Anyone??

I did'nt think so.....
