Hi, i'm converting a 12x18 Ludwig concert tom into a jazzette bass drum. I have to drill holes for the spurs and i need to know the distance between the center of the hole and the bearing edge..

2 - 5/8" from the center of the hole to the bearing edge. Good luck.
