I've been carting this drum around for 20 twenty years ever since my Aunt gave it to me. I couldn't find the badge on the ID page of this site. Can anyone help me determine if it's anything special? The "America" decal makes me wonder if it could be from the WWII era. Thanks!

They called them Cadet or Scout drums. Street drums were taller.
