insane price. isn't it just a modern "seconds" snare? ludwig cuts the badges on the "seconds" snares they sell. it also has new ludwig heads on it, which doesn't mean anything, but it looks too clean.

or if they sold "seconds" in the 70's, i'd like to know.

The early 70's COB drums ("B" or "BR" stamp) are rare... rumored that they are older shells drilled for a keystone badge and thus cut the BO badge to fit. Question... if they are older shells, does anyone know what kind of snare beds are on these drums?
