I had a custom ordered 60's 20x20" thermogloss bass drum 100% factory.

I've got a set of Luddys I bought new in 79 and the BD is 16x22.

ive got a 59 Ludwig transition badge bass drum that is 18 x20. most likely special ordered and made from a wfl/Ludwig 18x20 floor tom shell.

I don' think it was a catalog offering until the late 70s. The 16s had the double set of spurs.
