What year is this badge ?
Ludwig badge on Parade drum.
No lug holes, so it looks like this is a rope-tensioned parade drum, correct? Can't see the hoops well enough in the pics, but assuming it's a rope tension snare with a wood grommet, this may be a WWII era drum when metal content and parts were being minimized. But I'm just guessing. The Ludwig experts should be jumping in here any minute.

Its a single tension Parade drum .Took claws and rods off .
The earliest for the badge is 27, the earliest for what you have, throw, holder, grommet, badge, panel, is 1937.

Everything on the drum is natural finish clear coated. Happy sanding and at the end, it`s back.
