I'm looking for the threaded insert that tightens the L-arm on a 70s Luddy tom mount. I just need one. Am I describing this correctly? The metal piece with a hole in it, that has threads extending outward. It fits inside the housing that is attached to the mount itself.

Anyone have one they dont need?
