Ludwig 1920's Snare Drum Question

Can anyone tell me if this is a 1920's Ludwig Universal snare and it's value. It's a 6.5x15 cob 6 lug drum, one non original hoop and throwoff,

The 6 lug models aren't very desirable. Although, with a little work, you can get a great sound out of them.

Depending on the condition and originality, it's in the $200 range.

That's what I was thinking, the person who owns it wants to give me snare and $50 for my 3 pic. Sonor Safari kit. They sell used with snare for around $250, mine is without the snare.
