This was made by Lyon & Healy , & relabeled for Max Meyer & Bro. This snare sold in July on ebay for $120. There are several threads in the VDF archives about these snares.

..Likewise, thank you for the information. I'll add Max Meyer & Bro. to my list of obscure labels, & check out Caveman Vintage Music, which is just down the road, & also new to me. (BTW I have one of these snares. They were made as budget street drums, & have a crude build quality).

Crude is right. Looks like that mounting hardware is designed to hook over your belt. Better pull them pants up.
