Looking to Fix this Ludwig Flat Base Stand

Hi All,

I got a flat base stand in a recent purchase that I'm looking to use but I'm missing the top cymbal mount. Picture attached of what I have not what I need. Putting this up for BlairDrums so I can link to a PM.

I sent a PM, no reply. I think they call this a "tilter" anybody know the correct name or part number?
